                          3. Take part in a conversation with a patient. Use the information

                   Words used to reassure a patient are strongly stressed.


                   And, ho´nestly, it’s routine.





                          1.  Listen to the tape and mark the stressed syllable in the words of
                              reassurance.


                          a.  It’s really nothing to worry about.



                          b.  That’s perfectly normal.


                          c.  There’s absolutely nothing to worry about.
