During the period I was
writing CyberPunk, I was un-
der the influences of by Moe
Hyuga’s 洗脳 (Sennou, Brain-
wash) from Steins;Gate 0
Original Soundtrack (TV), as
it was something that I was
consuming at that time. In
addition, the works from The
Dark Knight by Hans Zimmer
also served me as a source of
inspiration. Both of the works
shared on this page, served
as my main influences as
from my view, both present
great manipulation of the
stereo field, an aspect that I
have come attracted to and
decided to incorporate into
CyberPunk. Different from the
works which influenced me,
I eliminated a clear sense of
pulse and focused on sounds
rather than standard ele-
ments such as melodic lines
or harmony. These decisions
helped me to reinforce the
dystopic soundscape I was
looking for.

NOTE
This is the first time in
which I present a piece with-
out a score. This was adopted
as some synthesizers had too
many elements (most of them
contained 4 oscillators, with
each oscillator connected to
2 independent LFOs). Beyond
contains a score which shows
the setup for one synthesiz-

er with one simple oscillator.
CyberPunk employs the use
of various synthesizers with
multiple oscillators; thus,
structuring it in the form of
a score is not an option, as it
would not incapsulate every
detail of it.
