The gospel is the PROCESS of God at work in us! Paul says the

gospel is THE power of God. He uses an absolute article. The gospel

is not A power of God. It is THE power of God. The process of the

gospel is to sow good things of God into you so that good things will

come out of you.

It’s the old “GIGO” principle: good in, good out; bad in, bad out.
It’s God’s sowing and reaping principle restated, and it’s very simple. If

your focus is good and bad under the law, from eating at the wrong

tree, it’s religious humanism. It will keep you from eating at The Tree

of Life. As Jesus said, “Eat of MY flesh, and drink of MY blood.” Jesus’

blood is not in the Old Covenant law!

Hear Paul: “For though you have 10,000 in-

structors in Christ, yet you don’t have many FATHERS; for in Christ

Jesus I have BEGOTTEN you through the GOSPEL” (I Corinthians

4:15).

All PROGRAMS ‘instruct,’ just as the tutor — the schoolmaster
— instructs you in the law. This is what most preaching does: teach

10,000 PROGRAMS of God. If you don’t believe this, simply look in

the Yellow Pages of the telephone book under ‘churches.’ It’s enough

to cause spiritual insanity! And most claim to be Christian!

Viewed from the truth of the GOSPEL, it’s the SECOND Tower

of Babel! It comes from NOT entering into the PROCESS of God:

not preaching the GOSPEL! It comes from preaching some PRO-

GRAM of God under the law!
