We lawyers must be cautious with everything we say

or do. Some people are just waiting to be offended.

And many of them think lawyers are offensive.

With malpractice insurance rates so high, and with

sue-happy people with itchy trigger fingers, we

lawyers are forced to be very totally careful in

everything we do or say.
