Philosophy of Care
It is our belief that older people are valued members of society.
They are fellow citizens with rights equal to all members of society including the rights of privacy, dignity,
fulfilment, independence and the right to make informed choices, reach decisions and take risks.
It is our belief that residents are entitled to a quality of accommodation, care and facilities which both
recognises these rights and supports, promotes and enhances the lifestyle of each resident as an individual.
