Having Your Say About Our Service

The proprietors undertake to maintain a standard of care in conjunction with their
“Philosophy of Care”. The home is registered with the Care Commission and the
Aberdeenshire Council and is subject to regular inspection

We value your comments on the service that you receive at Bonnyton House and welcome
any suggestions you may have that will further improve our service or you may wish to
comment on what you think is good practice. Comments & Complaint forms are available
from any member of staff

Should you have an official complaint you should initially speak to the Manager or the
Proprietors of the Home who will try to deal with your problem. However, if you feel that
the problem cannot be dealt with in this way you can approach the SCSWIS or
Aberdeenshire Council at any time.
