The Big Idea – Act 1

HALFWIT 3: Why is memory so fleeting?

HALFWIT 1: Somehow those clowns were invited.

HALFWIT 2: Luckily we weren’t slighted.

HALFWIT 3: Why must we be so benighted?

HALFWIT 1: Snakes inhibit my volition.

HALFWIT 2: Maybe this is not our mission.

       WOMAN 4: Nasty!

WOMAN 3: Fact is, he doesn’t notice anybody, although he ought to.
He’s old enough to start chasing one of us; if he doesn’t, how can he

WOMAN 2: Hey! There’s the cave. And here we have a few prime
specimens, looking like they just lost their tails.

WOMAN 1: Ugh! That type just doesn’t appeal to me. I wish they’d
go one way or the other.

       WOMAN 3: You mean—
