2. Director / Coordinator / In-charge for Physical Plant and Security
Services
a. Exercise direct supervision on all personnel assigned to the general
maintenance and security services in the campus;
b. Formulate, recommend and implement policies and guidelines
related to the general maintenance and security services;
c. Implement programs for the development of physical facilities in the
campus;
d. Dispatch road worthy vehicle to the requesting party;
e. Prepare and submit periodic reports and other required documents;
f. Perform other functions as may be assigned by higher authorities.
3. Director / Coordinator / In-charge for RECETS
a. Provide leadership in planning of research and extension agenda
and programs of the campus;
b. Formulate budgetary allocations for research, extension, continuing
education and training services;
c. Coordinate with other units of the campus and other governmental
and non-governmental research institutions for effective program
and implementation;
d. Represent the campus on matters relevant to RECETs when so
designated by the Campus Dean;
e. Review and recommend proposals for research and extension
submitted for funding;
f. Supervise the publication of the campus research journal and other
related publications;
g. Facilitate the generation of external funds for research and
extension activities;
h. Act as Campus Focal Person for GAD;
i. Act as Vice Chairman of the Campus Research Council;
j. Perform other functions as maybe assigned by higher authorities.

2. Student Housing
3. Socio-Cultural affairs
