8. Coordinator, Campus/College Planning and Development

                              a.  Develop, review and synthesize micro strategies of the different units
                                 towards the overall Campus Development Plan;
                              b.  Coordinate with the various units of the campus in connection with
                                 the preparation of the implementation strategies of the development
                                 plan;
                              c.  Conduct a periodic monitoring and evaluation of the implementation
                                 of the campus development plan;
                              d.  Spearhead in the preparation of the progress reports, annual reports,
                                 normative funding documents, SUC leveling documents, PBB reports
                                 and other reports related to the accomplishment of the Campus; and
                              e.  Perform other functions as maybe assigned by Higher authorities.


                       9. Coordinator, Special Projects

                              a.  Formulate,  recommend  and  implement  policies  and  guidelines
                                 related to special projects;
                              b.  Review existing projects of the Campus covered with MOA;
                              c.  Keep  tract  of  the  activities  and  accomplishments  of  the  Special
                                 Projects based on the MOA;
                              d.  Propose,    review     and    recommend       special    projects    for
                                 implementation;
                              e.  Establish linkage with other agencies; and
                              f.  Perform other functions as maybe assigned by high authorities.


                       10. Coordinator, Socio-cultural and Sports Development

                              a.  Formulate programs and projects related to the socio-cultural and
                                 wellness development of the campus personnel;
                              b.  Recommend and implement policies and guidelines related to
                                 socio-cultural and sports development activities of the Campus;
                              c.  Represent the campus, when so designated by the Dean, on
                                 matters related to sports and cultural activities organized by other
                                 agencies;
                              d.  Take charge in the campus Varsity Program; and
                              e.  Perform other functions as maybe assigned by higher authorities.


                       11. Department Chairpersons

                              a.  Supervise the daily operation of the Department;
                              b.  Formulate the Strategies/Development Plan of the Department;
                              c.  Take charge in planning, development and promotion of their
                                 respective curricular programs;
