a. Prepare yearly calendar of scholastic activities;
b. Plan out effective registration routing procedures and guidelines;
c. Record advance credits of transfer students;
d. Establish procedures for dropping of courses, leaves of absence and
change of classes. Keeping and issuing forms for the purposes;
e. Record approved leaves of absence, change of courses, change of
classes, and the like;
f. Notify students to drop a course when necessary;
g. Automatically convert all grades of “INC” and “D” if not completed or
removed after one-year preceding registration of subject(s) with
these grades per academic rules and regulations;
h. Officially inform registration advisers of student who repeated
subjects for the second and failed;
i. Prepare student delinquency list after each semester;
j. Prepare list of graduating students; and
k. Publish the general catalogue as often as changing academic and
other programs of the University, which requires a more permanent
publicity.
COORDINATOR, QUALITY ASSURANCE AND ACCREDITATION CENTER
a. Plan, monitor and evaluate the internal assessment system of the
University;
b. Plan accreditation visits in coordination with the respective deans/
administration of colleges;
c. Conducts self-survey of the different academic programs of the
University using the prescribe accreditation instruments;
d. Assist the external accreditors in the conduct of accreditation visits;
e. Monitor the compliance of the college concerned to the
recommendation of the AACUP; and
f. Monitor the implementation and operation of University wide quality
management system.
COORDINATOR, GRADUATE PROGRAMS
a. Assist the Director for instruction on matters pertaining to the offering
of Graduate programs;
b. Conduct survey regarding the preference of clients on the Graduate
Program to offer;
c. Coordinate with the department Chairpersons concerned regarding
the program requirement, courses to offer, faculty requirement,
schedules, room assignment and other requirements;
d. Prepare promotional materials and take charge in the promotion of
the programs offered;
