b.  Formulate, recommend and implement guidelines and regulation
                                 related to the operation of the various units of the Office of Student
                                 Affairs;
                              c.  Ensure the implementation of the policies stipulated in the student
                                 handbook;
                              d.  Exercise overall supervision of the student admission; and
                              e.  Perform other functions as maybe assigned by higher authorities.


                       5.  Director/Coordinator/In-charge for External and Business Affairs

                              a.  Formulate, recommend and implement policies pertaining to
                                 business operation, income generation, alumni affairs and public
                                 relations;
                              b.  Coordinate and promote the activities of the Alumni Association;
                              c.  Establish and maintain linkages both local and abroad along
                                 various concerns beneficial to the University; and
                              d.  Perform other functions as maybe assigned by higher authorities.


                       6. Director/Coordinator/In-Charge for Instruction

                              a.  Provide  leadership  and  direction  in  all  academic  program  of  the
                                 campus related to curriculum and instruction;
                              b.  Supervise the daily activities of the different academic units of the
                                 campus.
                              c.  Formulation,  recommend  and  implement  academic  policies,
                                 guidelines and regulations;
                              d.  Spearhead the periodic conduct of curriculum review;
                              e.  Coordinate the research and extension loads of the faculty members
                                 with the concerned unit; and
                              f.  Perform other functions as maybe assigned by higher authorities


                       7. Campus/College Secretary

                              a.  Serves as the secretary of all Councils in the campus;
                              b.  Take  charge  in  the  communication  of  the  campus  to  include
                                 transmittal and endorsements to concerned agencies;
                              c.  Assist the campus Dean in the consolidation of proposals and reports
                                 for submission to the University Councils, BOR and other offices;
                              d.  Acts as the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Campus Dean; and
                              e.  Perform other function as maybe assigned by higher authorities.
