SESSION 4 : Song of Songs Chapter 1:9-17 (TPT)

Holy Spirit. They will carry the Issachar anointing—discerning the

times and knowing the days we are in. These are the days to be strong
in the Lord and to know who He is.

We are to be war-horses of the Lord!

          Zechariah 10:3–5 (NIV) confirms this:

“…for the Lord Almighty will care for His flock, the people of Judah,

and make them like a proud horse in battle … trampling their enemy
into the mud of the streets. They will fight because the Lord is with

them, and they will put the enemy horsemen to shame.”

Dear readers, we truly are the finest humanity has to offer—because of

who is living on the inside. We are strong because Jesus is our strength.

Therefore, we can do everything He asks of us, because it is His power
          within us accomplishing the task.

We are not those who cower before the enemy of our souls, but mighty
war horses and warriors in Christ, with a two-edged sword in our

          hands!

He calls us regal because we are children of the King of Kings and

          members of God’s royal family.

Another thought struck me as I looked at this passage. To be one of the
finest of Pharaoh’s horses, pulling the royal chariot, the horse would

have had to endure disciplined training to learn humility and
submission to its master. The same will be required of the Shulamite—
