RADICAL LOVE
the Holy Spirit—to go where He goes, do what He does, and say what
He says.
As we reach the end of this journey, I urge you to meditate on and digest
these words, taken from an excerpt from Bible Studies for the
Preparation of the Bride:
Clothed in fine linen, bright and clean—without spot or wrinkle—the
Bride, the Wife of the Lamb, has made herself ready. She has submitted
every spot in her life to the washing of the water of the Word. She has
diligently given her mind to meditating on the Word, day and night. She
has kept it from everything that would defile it; therefore, she has
become as clear as crystal and as transparent as glass. She has kept
herself with undistracted devotion to the Lord so that she might be holy
and chaste in body and spirit for her heavenly Bridegroom. All her
strength and energies have been spent for Him and for His Kingdom.
For she knew her destiny: to become His wife. She knew she was to be
the tabernacle of God, that He might dwell through her among men.
She has given her life to Him as a living and holy sacrifice. She has
denied herself—she has given her all. As Paul, she has counted all
things lost as dung for the great privilege of knowing and loving Him.
Because her heart is solely anchored in Him, there her treasure is also.
Therefore, she can be satisfied with nothing less than to be with Him
throughout eternity.
