The Objective













     The objective is to achieve a 20-25% increase in new member acquisitions within

     the next 12 months by implementing targeted outreach campaigns, enhancing

     member engagement initiatives, and leveraging industry partnerships.

            Specific: Focus on increasing new member acquisitions while promoting

            USTA’s value proposition.

            Measurable: The projected 20-25% goal provides a clear target.

            Achievable: The growth goal is projected based on historical data from the

            tiered membership categories and previous targeted efforts.

            Relevant: Align to strengthen the USTA’s influence and resources in the travel

            industry.

            Time-bound: 12 months to achieve the objective.




     The objective will be supported by creating targeted marketing campaigns for

     different travel industry segments, offering limited-time membership promotions,


     and actively leveraging partnerships to introduce new audiences to the benefits of

     joining USTA via various multi-channel efforts.
