proportionate and had the face of an angel. She liked German
beer. She didn't care what kind or whether the name was
pronounceable. As long as it was German she would drink it. It
killed Trash to do what he was about to do to a woman like
that. Within twenty-four hours, however, he would completely
forgive himself. Steve would forgive himself, too.
“Is your boss here?” Asked Trash.
“Yes, Normand. He is out back.” She smiled and the three
men’s hearts melted at the sound of her voice and the beauty
of her smile.
“Can you call him out here?” Steve asks. She nods and goes
into a back room, returning with her boss. Steve cannot take
his eyes off her as she walks.
“Hey! Trash! Steve! It has been a while since you guys have
been in. How’s it goin’.” He smiles wide and glad-hands them
both. He takes no notice of Tommy.
Ethan was a very strange character. Some believed he came
from a long line of Mafia members. This was not really true. He
was indeed shady, but only a small bookie with a legitimate
business, too. He liked to have people think he was connected
to the 'mob' so he would drop little hints that he had family
members who... The truth was that he moved away from the
city so as to avoid being close to such people. He loved the
