Consequences: Applicants who refuse to cooperate in a drug test or who test positive will not be
hired. Employees may be asked to take a test at any time to determine the presence of drugs,
alcohol or narcotics, unless the tests are prohibited by law. Employees who agree to take the test
must sign a consent form authorizing the test and releasing the results to Mission for use of the test
results for purposes of administering this policy. It is a violation of this policy to refuse to consent
for these purposes or to test positive for illegal drugs, alcohol or narcotics. Any employee who
does not cooperate or is determined to have attempted to compromise Mission’s drug testing
process is considered to have violated this policy. Policy violations will result in corrective action,
up to and including termination of employment.

Inspections: Mission reserves the right to inspect all areas of its premises for drugs, alcohol or
other contraband. All employees, non-employees working on Mission premises and visitors may
be asked to cooperate in inspections of their persons, work areas and property that might conceal
drugs, alcohol or other contraband. Employees who possess such contraband or refuse to cooperate
in such inspections are subject to appropriate corrective action, up to and including termination.

               PANDEMIC CONTINGENCY PLAN AND POLICY

Pandemics can affect people, travel, businesses, and economies around the world. Mission will
diligently monitor pandemics and Mission will consider guidance and advice from the U.S. Centers
for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”), the World Health Organization (“WHO”), the U.S
Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”), other global and national health entities, Mission’s health
insurance provider, and other national and local businesses to provide the best guidance and
policies for Mission in response to pandemics and the potential effect on Mission’s business, its
employees, its vendors, its suppliers, its strategic partners and its customers. Please refer to
Mission’s current Action Plan and Policy in response to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic
               (“COVID-19”).

All employees are expected to work in a cooperative manner with Mission’s management, co-
workers, customers, and vendors. Employees are expected to refrain from conduct that may be
dangerous to themselves and others. Conduct that physically threatens, intimidates, or coerces
another employee, customer, vendor, or business associate will not be tolerated. Mission resources
may not be used to physically threaten, stalk, or harass anyone in the workplace or outside the
workplace. Mission treats physical threats coming from an abusive personal relationship in the
same way that Mission treats other forms of violence.

Direct or indirect physical threats of violence, incidents of actual violence and suspicious
individuals or activities should be reported as soon as possible to a supervisor/manager or the head
