Discussion:

I would like to start by thanking those members of the CBL & SOP Committee that have provided
advice and feedback during the year. We have received an unprecedented number of requests
and many of them involved a substantial amount of work and deliberation.

We still have some very important tasks to complete including the development of new SOPs to
accommodate electronic meeting and virtual events.

Since the April Board meeting, we have completed six more tasks from our work plan and have
made numerous recommendations for consideration by the Board.

I apologize for the size of this report but there is simply no way around it, as many of these items
involve a large number of components. The number of recommendations are too numerous to
include in the table at the start of this report, so they have been listed under a Recommendations
heading within each task.

To make it easier to read I have started each of our tasks on a new page.
