Slow-Cooked Swiss Steak

                                    Ingredients:

                                    3/4 cup flour
                                    1 teaspoon pepper
                                    1/4 teaspoon salt
                                    2-2 1/2 lbs round steak
                                    2 tablespoons butter
                                    1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
                                    1 can undiluted cream of onion soup
                                    1 1/3 cup water
                                    1 cup sliced celery
                                    1 minced clove garlic
                                    1-3 teaspoons beef bouillion granules

                                    Directions:

                                    Combine the flour, pepper and salt. Cut the steak
                                    into serving size pieces. Dredge in the flour
                                    mixture. In a skillet, brown the steak in butter,
                                    then transfer it to a slow cooker. Combine the
                                    remaining ingredients and pour over the steak.
                                    Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until the
                                    Steak is tender.
