Fruit Cups

                                    Ingredients:

                                    1 orange
                                    1 banana
                                    20 green grapes
                                    ½ cup drained pineapple chunks
                                    1 lemon

                                    Cut an orange in half, remove the fruit, and cut a
                                    thin slice off the bottom of each orange half.

                                    Cut a peeled banana and the orange segments into
                                    small pieces. Add pineapple chunks and grapes.

                                    Squeeze some lemon juice over the fruit, and mix it
                                    together.

                                    Serve your fruit salad in the two orange "bowls."

                                                    Fruit Salad Recipe

                                    Ingredients:

                                    1 can sliced peaches
                                    1 box frozen undrained strawberries
                                    3 bananas
                                    1 can chunk pineapple
                                    1 pack coconut

                                    Mix all together well and store in refrigerator,
                                    covered. Will keep one week.
