Golden Cadillacs

Ingredients:

For each serving:
2 oz cream de cacao
1 oz vanilla ice cream
Crushed ice

Blend these ingredients in blender. Pour into
cosmopolitan glass.

1 oz herbal liqueur, drizzled over top

Good Cake

Ingredients:

1 Duncan Hines Butter Cake mix
4 eggs - room temp
½ cup sugar
½ cup water-warm
½ cup Wesson oil
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp butter

Mix cake, sugar. Slightly beat eggs. Mix butter and
cream cheese. Add all together. Mix well on
medium. Bake in a tube pan at 350°F for 35-40
minutes.

Joanne for 13 years at Magnolia Hospital.
