Breakfast Bun

Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 cans of canned biscuits
1 lb sausage, cooked and drained
7 eggs, scrambled
shredded cheese
Spray pan generously with cooking spray. Place one
layer of biscuits around bottom of pan. Spread
cooked sausage evenly over biscuits. Add
scrambled eggs and cheese. Place another layer of
biscuits and bake for 30 minutes.

Breakfast Casserole #1

Ingredients:
1 pack hash browns
1 pack mild pork sausage
10-12 eggs well-beaten
1 tsp dry mustard
½ cup milk
grated cheddar cheese
Place hash browns in 9x13 pan. Salt and pepper to
taste and add little onion salt. Brown sausage,
drain and put on top of hash browns. Beat eggs
with dry mustard and milk. Pour over sausage and
top with grated cheese. Bake at 350°F until eggs
set, about 40 minutes.
