Breakfast Casserole #2

Ingredients:
1 (2 lb) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1 stick margarine, melted
½ cup onion, minced or chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream
10 oz shredded cheese
Mix all ingredients. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour
30 minutes at 350°F in a casserole dish sprayed
with cooking spray.

Breakfast Casserole #3-DeSoto's Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:
1 cup Bisquick
4 cups milk
1 lb sausage (cooked and drained)
6 eggs
2 cups medium Cheddar cheese
¼ cup chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
Mix Bisquick, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper together.
Set aside. Grease 13x9 in glass baking dish. Place
sausage in the bottom of baking dish. Cover
sausage with cheese and onion. Gently pour egg
mixture on top of the sausage, cheese and onion.
Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes or until set.
