BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

small bottle hot catsup
½ cup vinegar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp mustard
1 stick butter, melted
salt and pepper
Worcestershire sauce
chopped onion
lemon juice
Beer

Mix all together to your taste.
This is a Schulz Family recipe. My brother-in-law,
Mike, makes the following alterations to the recipe:
Regular catsup, no butter, adds chili powder, adds
chopped jalapenos, extra brown sugar.

Beer Fritter Batter

Ingredients:

1⅓ cup flour
1 tsp sugar
¼ tsp white pepper
1 Tbsp oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup beer
salt to taste

Fry in deep fat fryer at 375°F.
