Blackened Seasoning

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp hot paprika
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper

Mix together.

Border Buttermilk

Ingredients:

Equal portions of frozen pink lemonade and tequila
A cup or two of water
Ice

Blend in blender

This drink is popular in South Texas, hence the
name Border Buttermilk. Usually served at city
functions such as welcoming foreign dignitaries,
chamber of commerce events, and meet-and-greet
functions.
