Grape-Strawberry Jelly

                                    Ingredients:

                                    3 cups crushed fresh strawberries
                                    2 cups fresh-squeezed Wild Mustang Grape Juice
                                    1 Tbsp lemon juice
                                    1 box Sure-Jell Fruit Pectin
                                    ½ tsp butter
                                    7 cups natural cane sugar

                                    Directions
                                    •Prepare jars, bands and lids for canning. Let stand
                                      in hot water until ready to use. Drain
                                      well before using.

                                    • Mix crushed strawberries, grape jiice and lemon
                                      Juice in a 6-8 qt pot.

                                    •Stir 1 box pectin into fruit mixture. Add butter to
                                      reduce foaming.

                                    •Bring mixture to a FULL ROLLING BOIL on high heat
                                      stirring constantly.

                                    •Boil 1 minute.

                                    •Add sugar quickly, stirring constantly.

                                    •Return to FULL ROLLING BOIL, stirring constantly.

                                    •Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from
                                      heat.

                                    •Ladle quickly into prepared jars. Fill to within ⅛" of
                                      tops. Wipe jar rims and cover
                                      with lids & bands.

                                    •Place jars in boiling water for 10 minutes.

                                    •Remove jars from water.
