Melinda's Dried Beef Dip

Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 jar dried beef, rinsed well, patted dry and
chopped
1-2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 green onions, chopped
Beat cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Beat
in chopped beef. Stir in green onions. Form cheese
ball. Serve with Ritz or Club crackers.
This recipe was given to me by my step-daughter,
Melinda Vanassche.

Mississippi Sin Dip

Ingredients:
16 oz sour cream
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese (softened)
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup chopped ham
1 green onion chopped
¼ tsp hot sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
French loaf bread
Preparation:
Mix ingredients, hollow out the loaf creating a
"boat," pour mixture in loaf, wrap in foil, bake at
350°F for 1 hour.
