Mix-Ahead Hot Cocoa Mix

Ingredients:
1 (9.6 oz) box of instant nonfat dry powdered milk
1¼ cups Splenda sweetener
⅔ cup powdered non-dairy coffee creamer
⅔ cup Dutch process cocoa powder
Stir well to mix good. Store in airtight container.
Combine ¼ cup hot cocoa mix with ¾ cup boiling
water for each serving. Will make 22 servings. Good
for diabetics.

Mrs. Johnson's Punch

Ingredients:
1 pkg raspberry Kool-Aid
1 pkg Cherry Kool-Aid
1 large can Pineapple Juice
3 lemons, squeezed
sugar to taste
Prepare Kool-Aid according to pkg directions. Mix in
remaining ingredients.
This punch is very good, inexpensive, and serves
lots of people. It is one of the few that I have ever
seen that is pink in color. Make an ice ring (freeze
water in a round pan) filled with fruit to float on
top. You can use cherries, raspberries, slices of
lemons and oranges, etc.
