Spinach Dip #3

Ingredients:
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thaw and
squeeze dry
1 (16 oz) sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 green onions chopped
Mix all. Chill. Serve with cut veggies or chips.

Spinach Dip #4-Warm Spinach and Cheddar Dip

Ingredients:
2 pkg dry vegetable soup mix (I like the Knorr brand
best)
1 (16 oz) sour cream
1 (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach thawed and
squeezed dry
1 cup medium Cheddar cheese
Mix soup, sour cream, spinach, and ¾ cup cheese in
baking dish. Top dip with remaining cheese and
bake at 350°F uncovered for 30 minutes.
* I don't measure the cheese. I use whatever looks
good.
