Ingredients:
1 can pinto beans with jalapeño, drained
1 can black-eyed peas with jalapeno, drained
1 can white hominy, drained
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
green onions with tops, chopped
½ cup parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed or ¼ cup garlic powder
1 bell pepper, chopped
½ bottle Italian dressing
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Chill for 2 hours.
Drain off dressing before serving.
Serve with chips.

Ingredients:
1 gallon apple cider
1 cup brown sugar
1 (6 oz) can frozen lemonade
1 (6 oz) can frozen orange juice
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 Tbsp whole cloves
1 Tbsp whole allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup or more red hots candy
Combine liquids and sugar in big pot. Put spices in
cheese cloth or tea ball, place in liquid. Simmer
covered for 20 minutes or more. Serve warm.
