Strawberry Fig Preserves

Ingredients:

6 cups ripe figs
3 cups sugar
2 (3 oz) pkgs strawberry Jell-O

Crush figs and mix with sugar and dry Jell-O. Cook
over medium heat until bubbles, reduce heat and
cook until thick, about 40 minutes. Stir often. Pack
in jars and seal.

Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

Ingredients:

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
1 cup mozzarella cheese.
Mix well.

Add:
Stir in ½ cup drained, chopped sun-dried tomatoes
½ cup drained, chopped roasted red peppers
⅓ tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp chopped onion
½-1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
