Hot Chocolate Mix

Ingredients:

1 (32 oz) can instant chocolate mix (like Nestle's
Quick)
1 box powdered sugar
1 (1 oz) jar coffee mate
4 qt powdered milk

Mix all ingredients. Store in tight covered container.
Use ¼ cup mix to 1 cup hot water. Add marshmallows
to cups if desired.

Hot Pepper Jelly

Ingredients:

2 cups hot peppers, ground
6 cups sugar
½ cup vinegar
1 box Sure-Jell

Start pot with peppers, vinegar and sure-jell. Bring
to boil. Add sugar. Bring back to boil and boil 1
minute. Pack in jars and seal.
