The STEM Academy in Rich Township High School hosts academies whose focus is in science,
technology, engineering, and math. The enrollment data above shows our student population
has a strong interest in the Health Sciences as well as Manufacturing, Engineering, and Robotics
(MER). The district is focused on increasing partnerships with local businesses to provide our
students opportunities outside the walls of the classroom.

Freshmen Academy is the default academy for our freshmen based on attendance boundary.
The sophomore academy is also determined by attendance boundary. In the upcoming school
year, sophomore students will have an identified pathway that will cause a decrease in the
number of students in the sophomore academy. We are excited to build specialized
opportunities for our students that provide a deeper exploration into career-focused pathways
while providing them the skills for success in college, career, or any post-secondary endeavor.
