Abstract The most annoying to that happen to all the car owner is when they want to open the
car door, but the handle door broken or the level snap into 2 pieces. This problem might because
of the excessive force from the car passenger used when they try open the door. This problem
might also can be the material problem or the design of the handle door itself. To solve these
problems, this study will try to create several design using the CAD and CAE software and to
simulate the scenario to collect data while optimize it by using Moldflow Analysis. The
proposed design will undergo Finite Element Analysis (FEA) that consist of stress, deformation
and strain test. One design with the best result will be move to Moldflow analysis for
production process. The result shows, we conclude that design selected has slightly lower stress
than the current design on 14.8% from the current design but it exceeds displacement by
26.44% and strain with 26.6% improvement and for Moldflow analysis, selected design model
has better on everything in the flow result. This study can be improved by having simulation
with both assembly part of handle door and focusing on eliminating defect on Moldflow
                Analysis.
