Arduino based on Vehicle Accident

Detection and Monitoring Device

Abstract Vehicle monitoring system is a high technology system that includes global
positioning system (GPS) and modern communications technology. Vehicles monitoring
system can monitor and deploy of the vehicles reasonable through the accurate positioning,
with communication technology and digital maps. The paper introduces the composition, the
operating principle, the overall functions and system structure of vehicle monitoring system,
expatiates on the design of monitoring center in detail, and discusses real-time dispatch and
compilation of dispatch preplan at last.The system that proposed is a prototype that can take
over the role of driver or passenger during on accident by contacting family members, hospital
and police for medical help. This prototype also will turn into surveillance mode and send the
message to the concern persons when the driver or passenger is in unconscious situation.
