CHAPTER 9. - DISCIPLINE
GENERAL POLICY
No faculty member shall be removed or suspended, except for cause as
provided by law and after due process.
POLICIES
1. The provisions of the Uniform Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil
Service (CSC Resolution No. 991936 dated August 31, 1999) shall apply in
proceedings against members of the faculty.
2. ISU shall submit its rules and regulations on sexual harassment for approval,
including the list of members of the Committee on Decorum and Investigation
(CODI), to the CSC Regional Office concerned.
