                Planning Office                               1.  Monitors     submission      and
                                                                 schedules review/evaluation by
                                                                 the    PMT      of   the    Office
                                                                 Performance  Commitment  and
                                                                 Review  (OPCR)  before  the
                                                                 start of a performance period.

                                                              2.  Conducts  an  annual  agency
                                                                 performance      planning     and
                                                                 review of the OPCR.

                                                              3.  Plans  the  OPCR  for  the  next
                                                                 rating  period  with  concerned
                                                                 heads  of  offices  for  budget
                                                                 allocation.

                                                              4.  Provides  each  office  with  the
                                                                 final OPCR Office Assessment
                                                                 to  serve  as  basis  in  the
                                                                 assessment of individual
