                Human Resource Management                     1.    Monitors     submission      of
                Office                                           Individual          Performance
                                                                 Commitment        and     Review
                                                                 (IPCR) by heads of offices.

                                                              2. Reviews the submitted IPCRs.


                                                              3. Ensures that the IPCR Ratings
                                                                 shall  be  equivalent  to/or  not
                                                                 higher  than  the  OPCR  Rating,
                                                                 otherwise  shall  inform  the
                                                                 concerned  head  of  office  and
                                                                 faculty/staff for rectification.


                                                              4.  Provides  analytical  data  on
                                                                 retention,      skill/competency
                                                                 gaps,       and       faculty/staff
                                                                 development  program  aligned
                                                                 with strategic plans.

                                                              5.  Coordinates  interventions  that
                                                                 shall  form  part  of  the  Human
                                                                 Resource Development Plan.
                Individual Employees                          1.  Acts     as      partners      of
                                                                 Management  and  their  co-
                                                                 employees         in      meeting
                                                                 organizational      performance
