In the bustling spaces of hawker centres, the aroma of
dishes spread far and wide. With people’s loud chatter,
we can tell that hawker centres are a vibrant social space
to chat with friends and family. Let’s dive into Singapore’s
            hawker culture!

When I first entered a hawker centre at Punggol, I was
overwhelmed by the variety of mouthwatering dishes.
So, I decided to try thai fried rice and I immediately fell
in love with it! Till now, thai fried rice is one of my go-to
orders at any hawker centre. Reason? Firstly, it is very
affordable, and secondly, it is spicy and scrumptious.
Just the way I like it! However, hawker centres have an
array of dishes under one roof!

For example, Singapore’s iconic dish, chicken rice, is a one? However, hawker culture is not only about food,

national dish and is always found at hawker centres.
Tourists often try this dish when they visit Singapore, I recommend everyone try out the variety of gastronomic
and as confirmed, they like it! Unbelievably, the hawkers delights at any hawker centre.
there work continuously to serve this dish to hundreds
of people in a day! Despite many people, the hawkers You come to the hawker centre with a curious mind and
work very quickly to serve this dish to everyone. People leave with cherished memories.
call this a skill that hawkers master over the years, but I
say that this is a talent that they are born with.

Now, let’s move on to the indian cuisine, roti prata. Roti “At hawker centres, you come with an empty
