Do you know what binds us Singaporeans together?
Hawker centres! Let me tell you about my experience
there.
I have been going to this one hawker centre near my
home — it is located just 10 minutes away. It is called
Kopitiam Square, and I love eating the mala there!
When you walk up to the stall, it feels like a food haven.
Although there is a wide array of dishes, the mala always
stands out! The hawker is a sweet, kind soul who is
always prepared to make the most delicious mala.
With a generous hand, the hawker prepares the food
swiftly. One whiff of that mala and your mouth will be
watering! The spice lingers on your tongue, melting in
your mouth like cotton candy. It is always best to eat it
as soon as you get it — it tastes even better when eaten love for food. Any hawker centre feels like heaven with
immediately. Once, my sister followed me there to try all the delicious dishes to choose from. Hawkers are
