            Introduction
            Company Business

            Starlight  Tool Precision Engineering (Starlight) was
            established in 1989 and specialises in delivering bespoke,
            high-quality metal fabricated solutions. Starlight offers
            diverse machining capabilities and has state-of-the-art
            multi-axis Computer Numerical Control (CNC) technology.
            Additionally, the company leverages multi-axis Electrical        Figure 1: Machining Workshop.
            Discharge Machining (EDM) and Spark Erosion Technology
            to ensure precision and efficiency.
            Starlight’s expertise  extends    to    crafting  top-tier  CNC
            machined   plastic  components,  exemplifying  their
            commitment to versatile  manufacturing solutions, as
            depicted in Figures 1 and 2, showcasing the company’s
            manufacturing floor and CNC machine programme
            workshop.

            Environmental Review

            staff, the environmental review comprised the following key
            aspects:
