Review Feedback From SME Management

The company’s Operations Manager, Mr Ong, expressed gratitude to ITE students for their efforts in understanding
the company’s operations. The management team is willing to implement the students’ suggestions to contribute to
environmental sustainability practices. Mr Ong expressed satisfaction with the installed eco solutions in their workshops.
He provided constructive feedback for further improvements, such as suggesting using galvanised pipes to enhance the
stability and longevity of the fittings.
