Environmental Review
On 11th May 24, the Environmental Sustainability Team (EST) visited EcoPlus Manufacturing Pte Ltd and conducted an
Environmental Review. Mr Desmond Sze, the operations manager, briefed the team on EcoPlus's business operation, services,
and products.
EcoPlus's core business is mainly in the phenolic toilet cubicle solutions, where the doors are made from two models, the
Compact Phenolic Panels, also known as High Pressure Laminate (HPL) sheets and the Favolic Design, which consists of a paper
honeycomb phenolic sandwich panel embedded in the door structures.
Century, Flex, Infiniti, Serif, Stalwart, Universal, Vista and Zenith are the former, while Ellipse and Horizontal are the latter.
EcoPlus procures the HPL sheets from two suppliers, Formica and Greenlam, which are reputed in the field of laminates.
