Based on the Environmental Review done (refer to Annexe A), the team discussed and summarised the current practices and
recommendations, with a focus on key operational areas such as energy consumption, waste management, raw material usage,
and transportation (See Table 1). The team collected EcoPlus's electrical (24th January to 24th April) and water services bills
(24th January to 24th May) to compute the monthly average electricity and water consumption data. The team also spoke
to the ops manager, Mr Desmond Sze, to obtain the other resource consumption data (raw material and product Storage,
transport, etc).
The aim was to identify areas where improvements can be made to enhance sustainability, reduce operational costs and
increase environmental responsibility.
