• The replacement shingles must closely approximate the color
specifications of the existing shingles or are compatible with the existing
DRP approved color palette for the townhouse (Cedar Brown or
Cinnamon Frost)
• Any deviation from or changes to the standard will require homeowners’
preparation is submission of a DRB application form, with neighbors’
signatures in the signature of 1 cluster board member, for DRB approval.

Skylights

There is no DRB-approved standard for Skylights within the Hunt Club Cluster. Follow the RA

Solar Collectors

There is no DRB-Approved standard for Solar Collectors within the Hunt Club Cluster. Follow
