Satellite Dishes and Antennas
• There is no DRB approved standard for Satellite Dishes within the
Hunt Club Cluster.
• Follow the RA cluster design guidelines for satellite dishes
• no exterior antennas are permitted within the hunt club cluster.
Cable Wires
• Must be securely fastened and located on the rear or side wall of the
townhouse with a minimum exposed length.
• Must be concealed in a corner or it must be mounted on the wall in
horizontal and vertical path.
• Must be painted the color of the surface to which it is attached or
must be concealed from view by shrubbery, fence, or other
architectural elements.
• The cable shall be rendered as inconspicuous as possible to
neighboring properties, streets, or pathways through its location, color
and mounting method, and/or by landscaping or other means. All
materials used in the concealment must comply with other applicable
sections of the RA DRB and Hunt Club Cluster Design Guidelines
concerning materials in architectural issues.
• Cables installed within walls are substantially invisible, as well as
protected from damage in decoration and is encouraged as a primary
means of installation where practical.
• The Design Guidelines for both Security Lightning in Decorative
Lights require that exterior fixtures be hard wired with no visible
wiring.
• The rest indeed does Not permit overhead utility lines except for
temporary lines required during construction in must be removed
immediately upon completion of construction.
• The RA DRB and Hunt Club Cluster generally will not approve
overhead wire dog runs due to visibility of the wire and the
detrimental effect upon grass and vegetation.
