Television Cable
• It is the responsibility of the property owner to notify the television
cable installer of all the requirements of this standard prior to cable
installation of an exterior television cable. It is the responsibility of
the property owner to inform the television cable installer that all of
the exterior television cable must be sufficiently buried underground
from the commercial cable box to the rear or side wall of the
townhouse.
• The cable must be securely fastened in located on the rear or side wall
of the townhouse with a minimum exposed length.
• It must be concealed or in a corner, or
• It must be mounted on the wall in a horizontal or vertical path paid in
A horizontal and vertical path and painted the color of the surface to
which it is attached.
• It must be concealed from view buy shrubbery, fence, or other
architectural elements.
• Any deviation from or changes to the standard will require
homeowners to prepare and submit a DRB Application Form, with
neighbors’ signature and the signature of one cluster board member,
for DRB approval.
Compost Bins
• Compost bin be self-contained, neatly and sturdily constructed, made
of durable wood or plastic or a cylindrical open bin of classic or wire
mesh in a dark muted color or left to weather naturally.
• Composite bin (its size, design, materials in color) be chosen to
minimize its visibility in the landscape.
• that the composite bin be located in the rear yard to minimize
(through distance or screening) is impact on neighboring properties in
streets, no closer than three (3) feet to property line.
• that the compost bin capacity be no more than twenty-seven (27)
Cubic feet (approximately 3’ wide x 3’ high x 3’ deep).
• Where compost bin is not located behind a fence (see Fence
Standards) it is to be screened from neighboring properties
(residential or common areas) buy landscaping with approved use
materials in plants.
