Doghouse

• That it must be located in the rear of the yard, against the rear wall of
the townhouse.
• Must be no larger than 36 inches in dimension.
• Must be painted to match the fence or sealed.
• Must be constructed of wood or composite material.

Driveways

• Limitations of space generally precludes approval of any extension to
the original parking or driveway area. All driveway extensions,
removal, and/or new construction for Hunt Club Cluster townhomes
will require completion of a DRB Application Form, conformance
with the construction requirements of the RA Cluster Design
Guidelines for driveways/parking pads, an application submission to
the DRB for approval.
• Generally, extensions of existing paved areas should be constructed
of the same material as was used in the existing paved areas, and
paving materials should be consistent throughout the cluster.

Flags

• No DRB Application Form is required if there is only a single,
building mounted flag or banner that is no larger than 15 square feet,
and it is suspended from a pole in bracket, attached to the townhouse
in an appropriate location (appropriate location is defined as over or
to the right/left of the front door or off the rear deck).
• That flags or banners bearing possible obscene or illegal designs or
messages are prohibited within the Hunt Club Cluster.
• That a DRB be Application Form is required for building-mounted
flags and banners located in other locations then the front door area or
off-deck.
• Flagpoles mounted in the ground are not permitted.
• Any associated lighting for a building-mounted flag or banner also
requires a and review and approval by DRB
