• Design elements. Detailing, dimensions, colors, and materials
relate visually with those of the house and the Cluster
• Frame be constructed of durable materials, suitable for outdoor
use and securely installed to the rear or side of house
• Awning be retractable and secure to the side or rear of the house
with minimum of visual impact to neighbors, streets, and
pathways
• No more than one awning per property
• May be used year around during months of October through
April it must be retracted when not in use

Awning Colors

• Solid color material
• Matching or compatible with the colors of the house
• See Color Palette

Shade Structures
No gazebos are permitted within the Hunt Club Cluster

• Must be located in rear yard, completely behind the rear plane of the house,
on grass, on a patio, or ground level deck.
• No closer than two (2) feet from any share property lines including common
areas
• Dimensions must be proportionally appropriate and harmonious with the
size of the rear yard, deck, or patio.
• No more than one free standing shade structure per property.
• October through April all elements must be completely removed and stored
out of sight.

Shade Design

• Design elements, detailing, dimensions, colors and materials must relate
visually with those of the house and the Cluster (See Color Palette)
• Canopy must be a solid color material, matching or compatible with the
colors of the house.

Screen Porches

No Screened porches are permitted within the Hunt Club Cluster
