Procedures for Machine Settings

For optimal performance and overlaps, we recommend the following machine settings for the screed.

Vibrator Weight Settings

CAUTION: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LUBRICATE OR PERFORM ANY OTHER MAINTENANCE ON
ANY FUNCTION WHILE IT IS IN OPERATION.

1. Lock out machine. Remove vibrator 2. Max Setting (weights are symmetrical)
assembly cover.

3. Recommended setting: 2 “clicks” of max. 4. Factory setting: 2 “clicks” off max.

5. Set vibrator speed to 4500RPM. 6. Install vibrator assembly cover back in place.
Adjust vibrator speed with FC4 valve
adjustment knob on the hydraulic manifold.
