pleasing to God is not so much "doing" but

"being" ‒ being Christlike in all manner of

conversation and conduct, whether at

church or out in the world. In other words,

busyness in Christian activities and church

life is no substitute for living a godly life,

nor is it necessarily an indication that a

person is a born again Christian.

Thank God that He takes care of His own!

Although I disagree now with the ecumeni-

cal thrust of the Bible study that I was

involved in as a new Christian, God used

that Bible study to compel me to search the

Scriptures in order to know God's Truth and

to understand the correct teaching and
